All PC based scanner applications can be ordered pre-loaded onto a brand new, customer configured DELL laptop supplied by OEMTools. Please be aware that the DRBIII was the factory tool for all non-CAN vehicles but is currently out of production and only limited supplies are available. The DRB-III 'Emulator' application was designed to be a replacement for the original hand held DRB-III, however it does not provide 100% application capabilities for these vehicles.
